This project takes a brand-new consumer-electronics board from concept all the way to files the factory can put straight on the pick-and-place line. The design is SMT-only and must integrate an on-board Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module, so careful RF layout, impedance-controlled routing and a compact, cost-optimised stack-up are essential.

I will share a functional block diagram, mechanical limits and the key IC selections; you translate that information into production-ready hardware. Throughout the process I expect clear, well-documented design files that make future revisions simple.

Deliverables
• Editable schematic with clear net-naming and annotation
• PCB layout observing DFM/DFT rules and vendor constraints
• Manufacturing outputs: Gerbers, drill, pick-and-place and centroid files
• Complete BOM with manufacturer part numbers and second-source options
• All native project files (Altium, KiCad or similar)

Acceptance criteria
The uploaded Gerbers must pass JLCPCB’s online DRC without modification, the RF section keeps vendor-recommended keep-out zones and trace geometries, and every line item in the BOM is orderable, active and RoHS-compliant.

If this scope aligns with your expertise, please outline the CAD tool you prefer and a realistic timeline for first review through final release.
