We are looking for an experienced branding designer, packaging designer, or creative agency to execute a complete brand identity and print/digital design project for a Gulf-based client.

Should have strong portfolio, excellent design sense, and experience working with Middle East/Gulf businesses.

# Scope of Work

# 1. Brand Concept Development
- Brand positioning, narrative and visual direction
- Moodboards and creative concept exploration
○ Logo usage (clear space, minimum size, dos/don’ts)
○ Color codes (CMYK, RGB, HEX, Pantone)
○ Typography hierarchy and examples
○ Patterns, icons, imagery style, layout principles
○ Tone of voice with sample copy (packaging, social, website)

# 2. Logo Design
- Primary logo
- Secondary logo
- Icon/monogram
- Black/white and single-colour versions
- Basic logo usage guidelines

# 3. Company Profile
- 8–12 page professionally designed company profile
- Content structure, layout and visual design
- Pitch deck template (for investors, partners, malls)
- Email signature
- Brochure / one‑pager about the brand
- Social media templates (posts, stories, reels covers) aligned with the new identity

# 4. Business Card (Arabic/English)
- Front & back design
- Print-ready artwork with bleed and crop marks

# 5. QR Business Card
- Dynamic QR code setup
- Branded QR design
- Print-ready artwork

# 6. Premium Date Box Packaging
- Structural and graphic design
- Premium/luxury presentation
- Print-ready artwork based on supplied guideline/specifications

# 7. Premium Paper Bag
- Branded paper bag design
- Print-ready artwork
- Correct colour profile and production specifications

# 8. Digital Menu & QR Platform – 12 Months
- Mobile-optimized online menu page (structured sections, item descriptions, pricing, dietary tags)
• Content upload and basic styling aligned with brand identity
- Menu category setup and organization (e.g. Collections, Gift Boxes, Corporate Gifts, etc.)
- Product descriptions, pricing and dietary tags
- Dynamic QR code
- Branded QR design
- Responsive iOS/Android experience
- 12-month hosting/platform access
- Basic menu updates and support

# Ideal Freelancer / Agency:
We prefer someone who can handle the complete project under one team, rather than coordinating multiple individual freelancers.

You should have proven experience in:
- Brand identity design
- Logo development
- Luxury/premium packaging
- Food/FMCG branding
- Corporate profile design
- Print production and prepress
- QR/digital menu solutions
- GCC/Middle East branding projects

Must have experience with Arabic/bilingual branding and right-to-left layouts.

# Deliverables:
All final artwork should be supplied in appropriate editable source/design files and production-ready formats, including AI/PSD/INDD/SVG/PDF/EPS where applicable.

We expect professionally organized source files and print-ready artwork suitable for commercial production.

# Budget:

3. Number of revision rounds included
4. What digital menu platform you propose
5. What is included in the 12-month platform/support
