Editable TD Bank Statement Template Needed

I have a PDF of a TD Bank statement that I use for internal training demonstrations. I need that file rebuilt so every element—text blocks, tables, graphics, headers, footers—can be freely edited while the finished file still looks exactly like the original statement. The finished version must open seamlessly in standard Microsoft Office software (Word or, if you prefer, Excel).

Because the document is for training purposes, a clear “TRAINING USE ONLY” label has to appear in the header or footer of every page; otherwise the layout, fonts, and colours should remain indistinguishable from the source. All text, tables, and sections must be editable, including adding or deleting entire transaction rows without the formatting breaking.

I will supply the reference PDF as soon as we start. If you can show a quick mock-up page that I can drop into Word to verify editability, you’ll move to the front of the line—I need this turned around as soon as possible.

Deliverable:
• A fully editable .docx (or .xlsx if that suits your workflow) that mirrors the supplied statement and includes the required “TRAINING USE ONLY” notice.
