Compile Source Into Single Executable

I already have the full source code for a Windows-only desktop application. What I need is a single, client-ready build—either a self-contained .exe or a small installer—that runs smoothly on a standard Windows machine without my clients having to hunt down or install any external libraries.

The project does come with a handful of specific dependencies, so you’ll need to bundle or statically link those components during the build process. If you prefer a lightweight installer (NSIS, Inno Setup, WiX, etc.) over a pure portable executable, feel free to recommend the best route; the key is that my end users double-click and it just works.

Deliverables:
• Final compiled executable or installer that includes all required dependencies
• Brief read-me outlining build settings, toolchain, and any future steps I’d need if I update the code
• Optional: An automated build script or project file so I can reproduce the build on my side

As long as the output meets these points and passes a quick smoke-test on Windows 10/11, I’ll mark the milestone complete.
