Compact External-LED Blinker PCB

I already have the full schematic for a two-LED flasher and now need it turned into a compact, production-ready PCB. Both LEDs will be mounted off-board, so instead of LED footprints I need two clearly labelled pairs of standard through-hole pads—four pads in total—to solder flying leads that run to the external diodes.
The board should remain as small as you can reasonably push it while respecting clearance rules and hand-solderability. Please include a an on/off footprint on the PCB for a switch Mouser part # 633-MS13AFW01
Deliverables
• Editable PCB design file (KiCad, Altium, Eagle or similar)
• Gerber/NC drill set ready for fabrication
• Simple BOM for all on-board parts
• PDF plot or 3D view so I can check pad placement before we order boards
I’ll supply the original schematic. I use Diptrace to order PCBs but if you do not use Diptrace a JPG of the PCB layers would be used to draft the PCB into Diptrace. If anything in the drawing needs tweaking for layout or manufacturability, flag it and we can adjust together.
