Design & build a premium interactive Board presentation / microsite for an AI strategy session

I am looking for someone to design and build a high-end interactive presentation experience for a Board Strategy Day.

This is not a PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva or traditional slide deck.

I want something that feels much more like navigating an interactive website or digital control centre.

The experience will be presented live on a large Boardroom screen from a laptop.

What I want it to feel like

Think:

* Apple-style product launch
* premium financial-services design
* very modern / future technology feel
* minimalist rather than flashy
* smooth zooming and movement between different parts of the organisation
* highly visual
* very little text
* interactive rather than linear
* polished enough for a CEO / Board audience

I want to be able to move around the presentation almost as if I am using a touchscreen.

For example:

Start with a high-level view of the organisation.

Click Operations.

The experience smoothly zooms into Operations.

Show the current organisation.

Click something such as “Activate Agentic Model”.

AI agents then visually appear alongside the existing teams.

Click Corporate Actions.

The screen zooms into Corporate Actions and shows the process.

Click “See Agent in Action”.

A prerecorded demonstration video plays within the experience.

When the demo finishes, I can click Back and smoothly zoom back out to the overall organisation.

I then move across to another area such as Intelligent Insights and repeat the same type of journey.

The key requirement

I want the whole presentation to feel like one connected visual world, not 20 separate slides.

The audience should feel like I am exploring Davy’s future operating model with them.

I want to be able to:

* zoom into areas;
* zoom back out;
* click different agents/functions;
* move non-linearly between sections;
* play embedded MP4 demonstrations;
* return to a main overview at any time;
* jump to another area if a Board member asks a question;
* control everything easily using a mouse or trackpad.

Smooth transitions are very important.

Main areas in the experience

The content is already defined. I mainly need help turning it into a sophisticated interactive experience.

The overall journey will include:

1. AI Vision

Our overall ambition and how AI changes:

Clients & Advisors
Operations
Decision Making

Then a visual maturity journey:

AI Answers → AI Assists → AI Executes → Agentic Operating Model

2. Agentic Operations

Show the existing Operations organisation.

Then visually transform it by adding intelligent agents alongside different teams.

Important: people are not removed.

The concept is:

“Same organisation. New layer of capability.”

Shared AI capabilities should appear underneath, such as:

Insight
Document Intelligence
Knowledge
Workflow / Action

3. Corporate Actions

Zoom into Corporate Actions.

Show an agentic workflow.

Then provide a clickable button that launches a prerecorded MP4 demonstration.

4. Intelligent Insights

Zoom back out and move into an Insight ecosystem.

Show several connected Insight Agents, for example:

Journey Insight
AUM Insight
Advisor Insight
Customer Insight
Operations Insight
Commercial Insight

With an Executive Agent sitting above them.

This should feel like an intelligent network rather than an org chart.

5. Journey Insight Agent

Click the Journey Agent.

Zoom into it.

Show an example question.

Then play a prerecorded Journey Insight demo.

Return to the network.

6. Advisor Insight Agent

Click Advisor Insight.

Zoom into an advisor / Salesforce-style experience.

Play a prerecorded Advisor Agent demonstration.

Return to the network.

7. Executive Agent

Click the Executive Agent.

Show a CEO asking something like:

“Why did our AUM fall last month?”

Animate the Executive Agent calling several specialist agents underneath it and combining their findings into one answer.

This is one of the main visual moments I want in the experience.

8. AI in Software Development

A separate area that another presenter can use for a short presentation/demo.

9. Closing

Finish with a simple journey:

2026 — PROVE

↓

2027 — INDUSTRIALISE

↓

SCALE

Then finish on:

“We are not building AI tools. We are building the capability for Davy to operate differently.”

Videos

There will be approximately 3–4 prerecorded demonstrations.

I want these embedded directly into the experience.

I do not want to switch applications during the presentation.

The video should open cleanly within the design and then allow me to return immediately to where I was.

Technical requirements

I am open to the technology used.

For example:

Figma prototype
Framer
Webflow
HTML/CSS/JavaScript
or another suitable interactive presentation technology.

I care more about the experience than the platform.

However:

* it needs to be extremely reliable;
* navigation must be simple;
* it must work smoothly on a laptop connected to a large screen;
* ideally it can run locally/offline or without relying heavily on internet connectivity;
* I need the editable/source files when finished;
* I need to be able to replace videos and edit small pieces of text myself afterwards.

What I do NOT want

Please do not respond if your solution is simply:

PowerPoint with animations
Canva slides
traditional corporate presentation design
lots of slides with text
generic AI graphics / robots / brains / circuit boards

This needs to feel much closer to an interactive product experience or executive microsite.

Design style

The organisation is a major financial-services / wealth-management business.

The audience is the Board.

So the visual style should feel:

premium
credible
minimal
executive
modern
technologically sophisticated

Not gaming.

Not cyberpunk.

Not gimmicky.

Subtle animation and movement are much more important than flashy effects.

What I would like from applicants

animated data / organisational visualisations

If possible, explain briefly what technology you would use for this project and why.

I already have the narrative, content and presenter scripts.

What I need is someone who can turn that story into a visually exceptional interactive experience.
