Community Groups Mobile App Development

I am building a social-community mobile application whose core mission is to let members connect through themed groups and ongoing discussions. The first milestone centres on one essential capability: every user must be able to create a group, set basic details (name, description, image) and invite or approve others, while any other user can easily browse, search, and join those groups.

A polished, native-feeling experience on both iOS and Android is important to me. I am open to React Native, Flutter, Swift + Kotlin, or another modern stack you can justify; what matters most is maintainable code, clean architecture, and smooth performance when lists of groups grow large.

Deliverables:
• Fully functional mobile app with “Create & Join Groups” flow finished end-to-end
• Source code in a private Git repository with clear README for build/run steps
• Basic test coverage for the core group features
• Short hand-off video or call walking me through the structure and next feature hooks

After this phase I plan to add discussion threads, private messaging, and richer media posts, so choices you make now should keep those extensions straightforward.
