I need to turn our Ministry of Health protocols into a compact, video-based training package that field teams can watch anywhere. The single goal is to improve the early detection of suspected Ebola cases and ensure they are reported immediately through the proper channels.
Here is what I have in mind: using any mainstream authoring tool you are comfortable with—Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or even Camtasia—you will create a series of short French-language videos or interactive micro-modules. They must be SCORM-compatible, work offline on low-bandwidth Android tablets, and stay under twenty minutes in total runtime. I will supply all written guidance, official flow charts, and voice-over key points; you craft the script, storyboard, visuals, narration, and final exports.
Deliverables
• French script aligned with WHO surveillance guidelines
• Storyboard illustrating the step-by-step detection and rapid-reporting process
• 3–5 HD video or interactive modules, plus compressed MP4s
• SCORM 1.2 package and all editable source files
• One revision cycle after pilot feedback
Acceptance criteria: content mirrors the latest Ebola detection protocol, narration is clear and culturally appropriate, visuals are simple but instructive, and every file runs smoothly on a basic tablet. First draft of the script is due in one week, with the finished learning package two weeks later.
