Community Group DM Outreach Assistant

I need help jumping straight into the Facebook and Nextdoor conversations happening in our local community groups. Your job is simple but vital: spot homeowners who post about needing landscaping, gutter cleaning or pressure-washing services, then reply quickly and politely—first in the comment thread if the group allows it, and always with a follow-up direct message that introduces my business and gathers basic contact details.

Here’s how I picture the workflow
• Join/monitor and find neighborhood groups on both platforms.
• Use the search bar and live feeds to catch new requests as soon as they appear.
• Send a warm, helpful response that positions us as the solution, without sounding spammy or breaking group rules.
• Log each lead in a shared Google Sheet with the post link, name, service requested and any contact info you collect.
• Drop me a concise daily summary so I can schedule estimates.

You’ll need to start ASAP and maintain an active presence at least a few times a day so we never miss an opportunity. When you submit your bid, include examples of past work—or screenshots—that prove you’ve successfully generated leads or managed community outreach on Facebook and/or Nextdoor. That real-world evidence will tell me you already understand the pace, tone and etiquette these groups expect.
