Commission SaaS Sales for Contractors

Opserly puts dispatch, quoting, e-signed contracts, invoicing and a two-way QuickBooks sync into one streamlined SaaS platform built for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other trade contractors with 5–50 employees. I’m looking for a hunter who can bring new subscribers on board entirely on commission—20 % of every customer’s monthly fee, paid to you for as long as the account stays active. There is no cap, no base salary, and the role is fully remote with flexible hours.

What you’ll do
• Source prospects through social-media outreach and your own existing business network—these are the two channels you selected and the ones I expect you to focus on. If you also enjoy cold calling or working local trade events, feel free to add them to your mix; I care about results, not the path you take.
• Qualify, demo and close the deal. Once the agreement is e-signed, my team handles onboarding, data migration and support, so you stay free to hunt the next account.

Who tends to buy
Owners or ops managers who still juggle spreadsheets, group texts and a standalone QuickBooks file and wish they had ServiceTitan-style features without the enterprise price tag.

What I’d like to see in your bid
1. A short outline of the social-media tactics and existing-lead strategies you’ll deploy during your first 30 days.
2. One or two examples of previous wins in commission-only sales—bonus points if they involve tradespeople or SMB SaaS.
3. Any relevant metrics (average deal size closed, close rate, etc.) that show you can perform in a pure-commission environment.

Deliverable
A closed, paying customer. Your 20 % share kicks in the moment their first subscription payment clears, and it keeps flowing every month thereafter.
