Your day-to-day will revolve around two proven approaches: pick up the phone to open doors and then walk through those doors for face-to-face meetings that turn introductions into signed agreements.

The product and margin will be explained on a short onboarding call; after that you’ll manage your own pipeline, schedule visits when it best suits you, and report results in a weekly check-in. Every deal you bring in is tracked transparently so you receive your full commission without delays.
