Commission-Only Sales Representative

We build affordable, professional websites for US-based trades businesses (plumbers, electricians, roofers, HVAC, landscapers, etc.) — with a unique hook: we build a working demo of the prospect's site for free before they pay anything.

We're looking for a commission-only sales rep to run the full cycle: find prospects, cold call, book/run the pitch, and close. This is 100% performance-based — no hourly pay, no retainer, no base salary. You earn only when a deal closes and payment clears.

What you'll do:
- Source your own prospect lists (no website, or outdated website, US trades businesses)
- Cold call and pitch our free-demo offer
- Handle objections and close the sale
- (Optional/bonus) Pitch our $150/month hosting retainer

Compensation:
- 50% commission on every closed website sale ($1,500 standard price = $750 per sale)
- Paid in two installments: half when the client's deposit clears, half when final payment clears
- Plus a $50 bonus on every closed sale, since our monthly hosting retainer is included in every deal

What we provide:

- Fast turnaround on demo builds (~40 minutes per site) so you can show prospects something concrete quickly

What we're looking for:
- Proven cold-calling / appointment-setting / closing experience — ideally in web design, digital marketing, or home-services sales
- Confident, natural phone communication
- Must comply with US TCPA / Do Not Call rules: identify yourself and the business on every call, and honor opt-out requests immediately and permanently
