Commission-Only Field Sales Executive in India

I need an energetic field-based salesperson who can open doors with independent restaurants and other small dining establishments. You will be promoting our service package designed specifically for the food-service sector. Your day-to-day involves visiting venues, explaining the benefits in person, and securing signed agreements—everything you earn is through an attractive commission plan, so your income grows with every account you close.

You will be free to organise your territory and schedule, yet I expect regular pipeline updates and basic activity notes in our lightweight CRM (mobile-friendly, no steep learning curve). Marketing collateral, rate cards, and a clear value proposition are ready for you; what I’m missing is your face-to-face selling skill and local network.

Deliverables
• Weekly report summarising prospects approached, demos given, and deals closed
• Signed service agreements forwarded within 24 hours of completion
• CRM entries kept current so I can track progress in real time
