## IMPORTANT: COMMISSION-BASED OPPORTUNITY
I am looking for a motivated Client Acquisition / Business Development Partner who can help me find genuine clients and software development projects.
This is a commission-based opportunity.
There is NO fixed salary and NO upfront payment.
You earn 15% commission on the amount I successfully receive from every client/project that you bring and help close.
### Example
If you bring a client who pays ₹50,000 for a project:
Your commission = ₹7,500
If you bring multiple clients or larger projects, your earnings can increase accordingly.

* Web application development
* Web scraping
* Data extraction
* Web automation
* Business automation
* Celery/Redis-based background processing
* AI/API integrations
* Custom software development
I will handle the technical work and project delivery.
Your primary responsibility is to find and acquire clients.

You should identify potential clients who have an actual requirement and are willing to discuss a paid project.
---
## Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Finding potential software-development clients.
2. Identifying relevant projects and requirements.
3. Generating qualified leads.

## Commission Structure
### Standard Commission: 15%
You will receive 15% of the actual amount received from the client for projects acquired through your efforts.
For example:
₹20,000 project → ₹3,000 commission
₹50,000 project → ₹7,500 commission
₹1,00,000 project → ₹15,000 commission
The commission will be calculated based on the amount actually received from the client.
### Lead-Only Opportunity
If you provide a qualified lead but do not participate in the client communication or closing process, the commission can be discussed separately, generally around 5%.
### Sales/Closing Involvement
If you handle a significant portion of the client acquisition, communication, follow-ups, and closing process, the commission can be discussed up to 20% for that particular project.
Any different commission arrangement will be agreed upon before the project starts.
---
## When Will You Get Paid?
Commission will be paid only after the client payment is successfully received.
This means:
* No upfront payment
* No registration fee
* No fixed monthly salary
* No payment for random/unqualified leads
* No commission for unpaid projects
* Commission is paid when the client actually pays
This is a performance-based partnership.
---
## What Kind of Clients Should You Find?
We are particularly interested in clients who need:
* Business websites
* Custom web applications
* Django applications
* Python backend development
* REST APIs
* Web scraping systems
* Data extraction solutions
* Automation tools
* Internal business software
* Dashboard/admin systems
* Database-driven applications
* API integrations
* AI/API-based applications
* Custom software solutions
The project can be small, medium, or large.
