Commission-Based Appointment Setter – Cold Calling US Local Businesses

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for 1–2 appointment setters to help sell our reputation management software/service to local businesses in the US.

This is 100% cold calling and commission-only.

What we provide:

Qualified/prospect lead lists
Offer + sales process
CRM / tracking system
Scripts and basic training

Your role:

Cold call the leads provided
Speak confidently with US business owners
Qualify whether they’re a good fit
Book qualified appointments
Add proper notes/details for the sales call

Compensation: 30% commission on every client that closes from your booked appointments.

You are not required to close the deal yourself — your main responsibility is generating and qualifying appointments.

Looking for someone who:

Has previous cold calling / appointment-setting experience
Is fluent in English and can communicate naturally with US prospects
Is comfortable handling objections
Can consistently make calls
Understands that this is purely performance/commission based
