Commercial Structural Drawing Updates

I already have the part of structural drawings for a commercial building; I now need a revised set that reflects a few subtle but important changes. The scope is limited to adding and/or removing several walls, so the overall framing concept stays intact, but every affected plan, section, and detail must read correctly once the walls shift.

Here’s what I expect:
• Update the existing CAD files, showing the new wall positions clearly distinguished from demolished segments.
• Adjust notes, dimensions, and load‐transfer annotations where the wall changes influence bearing paths.
• Regenerate any affected schedules or connection details so the package remains construction-ready.
• Deliver the final files in both editable DWG and print-ready PDF formats; layer standards and title‐block information must stay consistent with the current set.

I will supply the latest DWG, PDFs, and mark-ups immediately after award. Let me know if you foresee any knock-on effects (e.g., minor beam sizing tweaks) and include those in the update so I can submit a clean, coordinated package to the approval authorities on the first pass.
