Commercial Space Measurement -- 2

I need a freelancer to provide accurate floor plan measurements of a commercial space in Leominster, MA. The measurements will be used for lease or sale purposes.
The landlord provided an LOD but now that I am in lease negotiations, my attorney has suggested I get my own reading of the square footage so that my rates are accurate.
