Commercial Sketch-to-DWG Conversion

I have a hand-drawn sketch of a commercial space that needs to be translated into a clean, accurate CAD floor plan. The brief is simple: capture the walls, windows, and doors exactly as shown—no furniture, fixtures, electrical, or plumbing at this stage.

Please draft the plan to scale, keep elements on logical layers, and follow standard line weights so the file drops straight into our wider project set without rework. The final deliverable I need is a fully editable DWG file; a companion PDF for quick viewing would be appreciated but is not mandatory.
