Civil Engineer Needed – Full Commercial Site Plan for Manatee County (2820 15th St E, Bradenton FL)

Description:
I am looking for a licensed Civil Engineer (Florida PE preferred) to prepare a complete Commercial Site Plan for a small commercial project located at 2820 15th St E, Bradenton, FL (Manatee County).

The project is a 12,029 sq ft commercial lot with a small building footprint. I already have the following documents ready to provide:

Topographic Survey (PDF + DWG)

Concept / Architectural Site Plan (PDF)

Manatee County Pre‑Application Meeting Report

Site photos

Scope of Work Needed
The engineer must prepare a permit‑ready site development package, including:

Full Commercial Site Plan

Grading & Elevation Plan

Stormwater Drainage Design + Calculations

Exfiltration trench design (if applicable)

Parking layout & ADA compliance

Fire access & circulation

Utility coordination (water/sewer)

Required Manatee County notes, details, and standard sheets

Up to 2–3 rounds of county comments (optional)

Soil borings

Infiltration / percolation tests for stormwater design

Requirements
Must have experience with Manatee County or similar Florida jurisdictions
