Commercial Property Ad Design

I’m launching a targeted Facebook and Instagram push for my commercial property and need a polished, scroll-stopping advertisement created. The goal is to showcase the space with striking, high-quality images, highlight a limited-time leasing incentive, and make it effortless for prospects to reach me through clearly displayed contact details.

You’ll handle the full creative: image treatment, copy, layout, and optimal sizing for each platform so the ad looks flawless in both feeds and stories. I’ll supply existing photos and any branding assets you request; feel free to recommend retouching or stock imagery if it will elevate the final look.

Deliverables I need from you:
• Two platform-ready ad files (Facebook and Instagram, including story dimensions)
• Editable source files (PSD, AI, or similar)
• A short caption that pairs with the graphic and drives clicks
• Quick mock-ups showing how each size will appear in-app

Acceptance criteria: visuals are crisp at native resolutions, contact information and special offer are immediately visible without crowding the design, and file formats upload to each platform with no additional adjustments.
