Commercial Daycare HVAC/MEP Design

I am looking for a Minnesota-licensed mechanical/MEP engineer to handle the HVAC/mechanical design for a commercial daycare renovation in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The project involves an existing building with an existing AC/HVAC system. I would prefer to keep and reuse the existing system if it meets the applicable requirements, rather than replace it unnecessarily.
Scope of Work
I need the engineer to:
Review the existing floor plan and proposed remodeling plans.
Determine the applicable Minneapolis/Minnesota mechanical and HVAC requirements for the daycare.
Evaluate the existing HVAC/AC system and determine whether it can remain.
Identify any HVAC/mechanical modifications that are required.
Determine ventilation requirements and perform necessary heating/cooling load calculations.
Prepare the required mechanical/HVAC drawings and documentation for the permit.
Coordinate the mechanical design with the proposed floor plan and remodeling work.
Advise what information needs to be collected during a site visit.
Provide permit-ready documents and, where required, professional engineering certification/seal.
Site Visit
A local site visit may be required to document the existing HVAC equipment, ductwork, capacities, controls, and other mechanical information. If you are not located near Minneapolis, please let me know if you can coordinate with a local HVAC technician or provide a detailed checklist for the site information you need.
