Commercial Building Quantity Takeoff Needed

I have a full set of structural and architectural drawings for a commercial project and I need an experienced quantity surveyor to prepare a comprehensive take-off. Every element shown on the plans—steel, concrete, blockwork, finishes, fixtures, you name it—must be captured so I can feed the numbers directly into our cost plan and procurement schedule.

Accuracy is critical. Please work to standard measurement rules (CSI or RICS are both acceptable) and indicate any assumptions in a notes column. I will supply the PDFs and drawing register once we start; your deliverable is a neatly organised Excel workbook with separate tabs for structural and architectural items plus a summary sheet that rolls everything up.

To keep things moving, I’d like an initial draft within a week for spot checks, then the final file a few days later with any corrections applied.
