Outdoor Dholiya Sendra Planning

I’m organising a traditional Dholiya Sendra celebration in Beawar, Rajasthan and need a professional who can take full charge of securing and setting up an outdoor venue. The core requirement is venue arrangement only; catering and entertainment may be suggested later but are not part of the immediate brief.

Scope of work

• Itemised list of infrastructure arrangements with supplier contact details.
• Final layout plan delivered in PDF or image format.
