I have a full set of detailed architectural blueprints for a new commercial facility and now need a complete HVAC package built around them. Your task is to translate those drawings into a coordinated AutoCAD layout that shows all air-conditioning units and ventilation systems, size every duct and pipe, and position all equipment with proper clearances.

Alongside the drawing, I also need you to run a room-by-room heat-load calculation and produce a concise report that justifies each tonnage decision. Finally, turn those quantities into a structured BOQ so procurement can move straight into tendering.

Deliverables:
• AutoCAD DWG showing plan, sections, and schematic for AC and ventilation.
• Heat-load calculation sheet (HAP, Trace 700, or similar) with assumptions clearly stated.
• Itemised BOQ listing equipment, duct & pipe lengths, fittings, and accessories.

I can supply the architectural set in DWG, floor schedules, and any other reference data you need immediately after kickoff. Please factor in one round of revisions so we can align everything with the latest architectural changes. If you have recent commercial projects in your portfolio, share a sample so I can see your detailing style.
