Remote Technical Interviewer

I’m coordinating an ongoing recruitment drive and need a native interviewer located in the United States, Canada, or India to run entry-level technical interviews. All sessions take place over scheduled video calls, so you can work entirely from home and set your own availability as long as agreed time slots are honoured.

Your focus will be purely technical. Each conversation is geared toward seasoned professionals and centres on three capability areas: software development, data analysis, and network security. I’ll supply a structured question bank and an evaluation template; however, I value your own insight, follow-up questions, and ability to probe for depth.

What I expect from every interview:
• 45–60-minute live video session with the candidate
• Real-time competence assessment across the specified skill set
• Concise written feedback and a hire/no-hire recommendation submitted within 12 hours

Strong English communication, a calm professional tone, and consistent fairness in scoring are essential. If you have senior engineering or leadership experience and enjoy gauging top talent, I’d love to collaborate on this project.
