I need a qualified security-systems technician to fully wire and commission a new burglary alarm in a commercial space. The system must protect every entrance, exit and street-facing window, tie into motion detectors for interior coverage, and integrate with a small network of surveillance cameras that record to an on-site NVR.

The building is already roughed-in with conduit runs but no cabling. You will supply and pull the appropriate alarm cable, terminate it cleanly at the control panel, install door/window contacts, PIR motion sensors and four PoE cameras, then program the panel so that all zones report correctly. Final steps include walk-testing each sensor, demonstrating camera feeds at the NVR and handing over a simple zone map.

Successful delivery means:
• All zones and cameras pass a live test with no false alarms.
• Cabling is labelled and dressed inside the panel for easy future service.
• A brief hand-over document lists zone numbers, device locations and default codes.

Please tell me which panel brand you prefer working with (e.g., DSC, Honeywell, Texecom) and confirm you’re comfortable with PoE camera setup before we proceed.
