College Forms Info Portal

I need a lightweight web portal that helps students quickly find the latest college-related forms and then jumps them straight to the right place. The core of the build is very simple: clean, responsive pages that list each form and, when clicked, send the user to either the official college site or the live application link.

What matters most to me is a straightforward UI/UX—no clutter, fast loading, painless on mobile. A single-screen layout with a filter or search, clear call-to-action buttons, and consistent typography will do the job. Behind the scenes I’d like an easy way to maintain the list of forms myself, whether that’s a tiny admin panel, a Google-Sheet integration, or a WordPress dashboard—whatever gets the update process under a minute.

Deliverables
• Fully functional front-end with responsive design
• External redirect logic tested for both the official college site and live application forms
• Simple content-management method so I can add/edit/remove links without touching code
• Deployment on my hosting plus a short hand-over guide

Stack is flexible—plain HTML/CSS/JS, React, or a lightweight CMS are all fine—as long as the end result stays fast and easy to maintain.
