Cold Calling Executive for Web Agency

We build affordable, professional websites for local businesses — salons, clinics, gyms, restaurants, and other service providers — helping them get discovered online and win more customers. We're growing fast and looking for a confident, persuasive cold caller to join our team.

Role Overview:
As a Cold Calling Executive, you'll be the first point of contact between us and potential clients. You'll call local business owners, introduce them to our website-building services, explain how a professional website can grow their business, and convince them why we're the right choice.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to local businesses (salons, clinics, gyms, restaurants, etc.) from provided lead lists
Clearly explain our website-building services and pricing (setup + maintenance plans)
Highlight the benefits of having a website — more visibility, credibility, online bookings, and customer trust
Handle objections confidently (e.g., "I don't need a website," "It's too expensive," "I'll think about it")
Schedule follow-up calls or demo sessions for interested leads
Maintain accurate call records and lead status in Google Sheets/CRM
Follow up with warm leads via WhatsApp/call until conversion
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English as needed for local businesses)
Confident, persistent, and comfortable with rejection
Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn a script
Smartphone and stable internet/calling setup
Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
