CNC Foam Cutter Setup

The CNC hot-wire foam cutter is fully assembled in my workshop; what I now need is your expertise to bring the control side to life. The proprietary control package—already installed —still has to be configured so that every axis, limit switch, and temperature control responds exactly as intended.

Here is what I expect from the visit:

Guide me on how to operate the machine.
• Configure all parameters inside the proprietary software: motor tuning, steps per unit, soft limits, and wire-temperature control.
• Calibrate the machine mechanically and digitally until cuts are square, dimensions are repeatable, and kerf compensation is dialed-in.
