CNC 7075-T6 Brackets Fabrication

I need a set of mechanical brackets machined from certified 7075-T6 aluminium. The parts feature complex contours, so 3-axis or 5-axis CNC capability is essential to keep every surface true.

Key requirements
• Material: 7075-T6 aluminium, mill finish only – no anodising or additional coatings.
• Tolerance: ±0.05 mm across all features.
• Holes: pilot-drilled only; no tapping is required.

I will provide dimensioned drawings and a 3D STEP file once we begin. You should machine, deburr, and visually inspect each part, then share measurement reports that confirm the stated tolerance. Material certificates are also needed with the delivery.
