Cloud-Based Accounting & Report Automation

I need to migrate all our internal quoting, order processing, invoicing and expense control to a single cloud platform so every step—from the first estimate to the final payment—lives in one place and feeds clean data into our books.

Core workflow
Right now quotes, purchase orders and supplier invoices are managed in separate spreadsheets. I want you to configure (or build) a cloud solution that lets me:
• create quotes automatically from predefined price lists,
• push accepted quotes straight into orders with a simple approval flow, and
• keep a searchable history of every quote and order for quick reference.

Invoicing & expense capture
The same system must issue customer invoices, record supplier bills, and flag due dates so we stop missing payments. A simple screen for registering day-to-day expenses is essential; those entries should link back to the correct invoice or cost centre for full traceability.

Monthly reporting
Each month I expect three ready-to-download reports:
1. Income vs. expenses
2. Paid and pending invoices
3. Expenses broken down by category

Numbers must reconcile automatically with the data entered during the month—no manual re-keying.

Deliverables
– Cloud platform selected (or custom build delivered) and fully configured
– User roles and permissions set for sales, purchasing and finance staff
– Automated quote → order → invoice workflow live and tested
– Templates for the three monthly reports, pulling real-time data
– Brief handbook or video walkthrough so my team can operate the system confidently

Acceptance criteria
The first monthly close executed through the new system should generate the three reports with zero spreadsheet work and match our external accountant’s figures within a 1% margin.
