Cloud Accounting/ERP System Development

I am building a modern, cloud-based accounting and financial management solution and need someone who has already walked this road with double-entry engines, multi-tenant security, and mobile-ready architecture.

Scope of the first milestone
The very first release must run smoothly on Android. Web and iOS will follow, so every design decision—database schema, API layer, authentication—has to be service-oriented and easily portable.

Core features to implement in that milestone
• Double-entry bookkeeping with a configurable Chart of Accounts
• General Ledger, Journal Entries, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cashbook, Bank Reconciliation
• Accountant role (with the ability to extend later to Admin and Viewer)
• Real-time Income Statement and Cash-Flow Statement generation
• Comprehensive audit logs for every transaction
• Secure, scalable multi-tenant setup (single codebase, isolated data)

Tech expectations
I am open to the stack you are most productive with—whether that is a Kotlin/Jetpack Android front end talking to a Node.js + PostgreSQL backend, Flutter paired with Firebase, or something else that you can justify for long-term maintainability and compliance. What matters is that the core accounting logic is reliable, test-driven, and documented.

What I need from you to move forward
1. A short note on two or three accounting/ERP products you have delivered (links, screenshots, or app store listings are perfect).
2. The technology stack you propose and why it suits a mobile-first, cloud-ready financial app.
3. A realistic timeline broken into phases—MVP for Android, web dashboard, then iOS.
4. Your preferred billing model (hourly or fixed) and the rate you work with.
