Title: Commission PCB Sales Agent — RF & High Layer Count Specialist | 15–20% of Margin, Repeat-Income on Your Accounts
I run a PCB sourcing and fabrication brokerage with an in-house quoting platform, and I'm expanding into new accounts on a pure commission basis. Your task is focused: bring in purchase orders, and you get a generous percentage of every closed deal — including repeat orders from accounts you open for 12 months.
What we actually do (and do well):
• Multi-layer PCBs up to high layer counts, HDI, controlled impedance, quick-turn prototypes through production volume
• RF/high-frequency work — Rogers, Taconic, Arlon laminates; we validate material substitutions and stackups before quoting, so you never sell a board a fab can't build
• Firm quotes within 24 hours of receiving Gerbers, with free DFM and stackup review for your customer
• Structured revision handling — when an engineer changes the design mid-deal, we version it and re-quote cleanly, no chaos
Target buyers (bring me any of these):
• Consumer electronics and hardware startups
• Automotive / EV electronics and ADAS suppliers
• Healthcare and medical device manufacturers
• Drones/UAV, telecom, IoT — if it has a board in it, it's in scope
Your side of the deal: prospecting, pitching, and pushing through to a signed PO. You'll get price lists, spec sheets, laminate option sheets, and full technical backup so you can talk confidently to engineers and buyers — and when the question gets deep, you bring in our technical team, not a shrug.
My side: quoting, DFM review, prototyping, production, logistics, and quality disputes. You never chase a fab.
Tools you get: a real pipeline, not a spreadsheet — you log leads in our system, track every enquiry from open to won, and your commission is auditable against the deals you can see. No black-box payouts.
Success is measured only one way — closed sales. Weekly pipeline updates and confirmed POs. If you already sell components or boards and want a reliable fabrication partner behind you — one that can actually handle the RF and high-layer work your current source refuses — let's talk and start earning immediately.
To apply, tell me:
1. What buyer relationships can you open? (industries + rough annual board volumes)
2. One electronics/manufacturing deal you've closed, and your role in it
3. Comfort level speaking specs: layer counts, materials, quantities?
