Clinical Interviewer for Irish Nurses

I need support running competency-based video interviews for internationally trained general nurses who wish to relocate to Ireland. Your task is to assess each candidate’s hands-on clinical experience, probe for evidence that their practice aligns with Irish HIQA standards, and document the outcome in a concise report that my client’s hiring panel can digest quickly.

Work will arrive in weekly batches; once a shortlist is sent to you, you will arrange a 30-40-minute Microsoft Teams session with each nurse, follow the structured question set I provide, add any clinical probes you feel necessary, and submit:

• a scored interview rubric
• a short narrative summary of strengths, red flags, and recommended next steps
• confirmation of documentation reviewed (NMBI eligibility, employment references, etc.)

Accuracy, professional demeanour, and clear written English are critical acceptance criteria. Familiarity with international relocation pathways, Irish healthcare terminology, and current HIQA guidelines will let you hit the ground running. If you have previously screened nurses for Irish or UK employers and can start within a week, I would like to hear how many interviews you can comfortably complete per day and see a sample interview template you have produced before.
