Client Interest Correspondence Setup

I need someone to take charge of the very first touch-point with our prospects. Your immediate focus will be recording interest from potential clients and guiding them to book a call or meeting with us.

Clarification: This position is country-specific, so we are only considering candidates from mainland China or Chinese nationals currently based in Karachi.

Here’s what the flow should look like:

• Before a prospect can lock a slot on my calendar, we must capture three essentials—name and contact details, a brief outline of their business needs and goals, and their preferred date and time.
• Once the booking is confirmed, send a friendly confirmation and add their information to our CRM so I have everything in one place when we meet.

After this interest-capture system is running smoothly, I’ll also lean on you for renewal reminders on existing contracts and light onboarding coordination for new clients or staff, but those will come later; the booking funnel is the true priority right now.
