I want to outsource the full setup and management of a beginner-friendly chess tournament on chessalive.com.

Here is the flow I have in mind
• Explore the chessalive.com platform and configure an event that starts with at least four rounds of Swiss (or equivalent) play and then moves straight into a knockout stage.
• Set the time control to 5 min + 0 sec so the entire event fits comfortably inside a two-to-three-hour window.
• Aim the invitation squarely at beginners and casual players; no need to cater for stronger competitors.
• Attract a minimum of 50 participants by sharing the join link across social-media groups, chess communities and forums, and any personal networks such as school or workplace chats.
• Host, supervise, and keep the event running smoothly from first move to final trophy, including handling pairings, communication, and any disputes that might arise.

Deliverables
1. Live tournament link on chessalive.com showing the prescribed format and time control.
2. Evidence of at least 50 registered players before start time (screenshot or platform list).
3. Real-time supervision during the event and a brief post-event report summarising winners, standings, and any notable issues.

Acceptance criteria: the tournament must finish within three hours, reach the 50-player mark, and complete the knockout stage without technical or organisational hiccups.

If you have hands-on experience running online chess events and can start right away, let’s talk about scheduling and any platform quirks we need to anticipate.
