Shopify Store Redesign & Conversion Optimization – Windhond Blits

I own a South African Shopify brand called Windhond Blits, selling handmade firelighters for braais, fireplaces, camping, Airbnb/guesthouses and lodges.

I am looking for an experienced Shopify designer with strong e-commerce/CRO experience to improve my website layout and customer journey.

The store is receiving traffic, but the current conversion rate is below where I want it to be. I want an experienced professional to identify the layout and user-experience issues and redesign the relevant pages to improve conversions.

I do NOT want the brand completely changed.

I want the existing brand and products presented in a much more professional, trustworthy and conversion-focused way.

The website should feel:

South African • practical • trustworthy • outdoor • braai • premium • easy to buy

Important

This is not simply a graphic-design job.

I am looking for someone who understands:

Shopify + e-commerce UX + CRO + mobile conversion

Please don’t just install a new theme and change colours.

I want someone to analyse the existing website and explain what is preventing visitors from becoming customers and then implement the improvements.
