The brief is straightforward: listen closely, remove filler words and false starts, preserve every idea in the right order, and deliver a polished “clean read” transcript that feels like the conversation was originally written rather than spoken.

Audio will be supplied immediately after hiring, most likely as an MP3. I’m looking for precise timestamps only where a new speaker begins—no need for verbatim ums and ahs, no need for summarised notes. The finished file should arrive as an editable Word or Google Doc, formatted with speaker labels and consistent paragraph breaks.
