Clean 3D Real-Estate UI/UX Needed for Web App

I’m building a web application that lets potential buyers explore a real estate project before it is built. Here’s what I need from you:

• A minimalistic, clean UI/UX concept that feels modern yet uncluttered.
• Screen flows and interactive prototypes (Figma preferred) covering all key moments: landing, neighborhood fly-through, building/amenity overviews, unit selector, and media galleries, Google Earth, and so on.
• Seamless integration patterns for the features I’ll be building in WebGL/Three.js: virtual property tours, interactive 3D maps, image & video galleries, plus the ability to drop into 360-degree panoramas.
