I’m looking for a full-stack developer who can deliver a web-based classified ads platform that is also API-ready for future mobile apps. The core of the site will be a robust Classified ads module focused on buying & selling items, but I also need just enough social functionality to keep users engaged.

Key features I need built:

• Classified ads engine: create, browse, search, filter, and manage listings strictly for buying & selling items.
• Social layer: user profiles plus a private messaging system so buyers and sellers can communicate without leaving the site.
• Payments & wallet: integrated checkout that lets users pay securely, maintain an on-site balance, and withdraw funds. Popular gateways such as Stripe or PayPal are fine as long as they support escrow-style flows.
• Referral system: track referrals, apply bonuses or credits automatically, and expose simple stats in each user’s dashboard.
• Public + private REST API: every major action (list, post, pay, message) should be reachable via token-secured endpoints so a future mobile app can plug in immediately.
• Admin panel: manage users, ads, payment disputes, referral payouts, and site-wide settings from a single place.
• Responsive UI: modern, clean design that works on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.

Tech stack is flexible, but I lean toward widely supported frameworks such as Node.js + React or Laravel + Vue. Whichever you choose, please outline why it’s the best fit and how you’ll structure the codebase for maintainability and scaling.

I will provide the domain, basic branding assets, and hosting environment. You’ll handle setup, development, testing, and a short handover session with documentation so I can operate the platform confidently.

This is a fixed-price project with a strict budget of USD 2,000. We are NOT looking for partial delivery or staged pricing. The delivered system MUST be fully functional, deployed, and ready to process payments and handle affiliate tracking upon completion.

SCOPE OF WORK (ALL INCLUDED IN $2,000 BUDGET):

1. Core Platform & User System:
• User registration & authentication (Email, Social Login, Phone OTP).
• Multi-category advertisement posting (up to 8 main categories).
• Advanced search & filtering engine (location, category, keywords).
• Built-in real-time messaging system between users.
• Admin Panel for complete moderation, user management, and content control.

2. Monetization & Payment Processing:
• Integration of primary Payment Gateway (Stripe / PayPal / Credit Card).
• Paid features: Paid advertisement listings, top-of-list placement options, and paid messaging features.

3. Multi-Tier Referral System & Wallet:
• Multi-tier affiliate tracking (15% to 35% commission structures).
• In-app Wallet system for users to view, manage, and withdraw earned referral commissions.
• Transparent ledger for admin tracking of commission payouts.

4. System Architecture:
• Centralized API architecture (backend structured so a Telegram Bot/TWA or Mobile App can be added smoothly in the future).
• Fully responsive web design (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile).

TERMS FOR BIDDERS:
• Fixed Budget: USD 2,000 total. No upsells, no split milestones, no extra fee requests for core features (Payments and Referral MUST be included).
• Turnkey Delivery: Complete, fully tested, live, and revenue-ready platform.
• Code Ownership: Full source code ownership transferred upon final payment.
