I want every word in our digital product to guide users effortlessly, so I’m looking for help refining the copy across the interface. The goal is simple: tighten up on-screen text, labels, and micro-copy so that the overall experience feels intuitive and frustration-free.
Here’s how I see the collaboration working: you’ll start with a quick audit of the current screens, pinpoint where language is vague or overloaded, and then supply concise alternatives that speak in a natural, consistent tone. When rewriting, please keep accessibility, reading level, and brand voice in mind.
Deliverables I’ll need:
• A short findings report highlighting pain points and missed clarity opportunities.
• A revised copy deck (plain text or Figma comments are fine) ready for hand-off to design and development.
• Final pass of spot-checks once updates are implemented to be sure no context was lost.
If you have experience shaping interface copy, UX writing, or micro-content that moves users forward confidently, I’d love to see examples and discuss timelines.
