Project Overview
We need an experienced automation developer to build a resilient, 24/7 background slot-monitoring service. The target portal releases appointment slots intermittently and has aggressive rate-limiting + anti-bot protections.
Goal: Create a Slot detection system that:

Bypasses IP bans
Detects new slots at the API level (no heavy browser reloading)
Sends instant alerts the moment a slot becomes available

Key Deliverables

Endpoint Extraction – Reverse-engineer network requests (XHR/JSON) to monitor slots directly via API
TLS / Fingerprint Emulation – Use curl_cffi or proper TLS impersonation to avoid WAF detection
Rotating Proxy Integration – Multi-provider residential proxy pool with smart sticky session handling
Alerting Pipeline – Instant push notifications (Telegram bot / webhook) triggered strictly on state change

Required Skills

Strong experience bypassing Cloudflare (Turnstile / Under Attack mode), Akamai, or DataDome
Adaptive polling with jitter, exponential backoff, and proper handling of 429/403 errors
Ability to write lightweight, standalone Python (or Go) scripts that can run 24/7 on a basic Linux VPS
Clean, modular code with config files for proxies, headers, and secrets
