I’m ready to give our existing WordPress site a full refresh so it looks sharper, works better, and surfaces effortlessly in both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery tools. Here’s what I need from you:
• Design overhaul – mainly the overall layout/structure plus updated graphics and images to modernise the look without losing our brand personality.
• Content update – focus on rewriting and streamlining the key text so messaging is clear, concise, and optimised for search.
• Functionality improvements – anything that speeds the site up, improves mobile performance, or makes the back-end easier for our team to manage is welcome.
Alongside the rebuild, I want the site technically prepared for AI visibility: structured data, clean schema markup, solid on-page SEO, and any other best-practice tweaks that help chat-based engines understand and recommend our pages.
Finally, I’d like guidance on Google Ads. An audit of our current campaigns, explanations of what the metrics actually mean, and actionable steps to improve ROI will help the team feel confident managing spend going forward.
Deliverables:
1. Updated WordPress staging site for review, then live deployment.
2. New visual assets and finalised copy uploaded across all pages.
3. Technical SEO & schema implemented, with a short hand-off document summarising what was added and why.
4. Google Ads report plus a walkthrough (recorded or live) so we can keep refining internally.
