Circular Concrete Tank Foundation

I need a circular concrete foundation for a tank. The estimated diameter of the foundation will be for 33' diameter tanks. There are three tanks. Geotech is complete. We need foundations for 2 33' tanks and one 10' tank. Max is 1120lbs/ft. Tank foundations need leak detection grooves and curbing 3' outside of tank diameter for containment of minor spills. Corrosive soil environment.
