Web Development Agency Hiring Manager

I want to hire an employee for my Web Development Agency.

Requirements:-
Employee should has a good communication skills including attentive listening, critical thinking, and providing our services as their absolute solutions.
Employee should also has a good internet connection (5G or 100 Megabits per sec Wifi).
Employee should also has an interest in dealing with clients via talking and understanding them (not rebuking their business or queries).

Roles & Responsibilities:-
Employee needs to find clients contact on GoogleMaps, Just Dial, Instagram Business Pages, etc.
Once they found a clinet's contact, they need to approach them via Cold Calls or DMs.
If the client agree to have a project with us, and pay in advance then the employee are supposed to receive 500/- INR instantly as his/her commission.
In case the client disagree, then the employee needs to contact another client.
And the cycle goes on.

It's just simple as that, The more you find agreed clients, the more you receive money!
