Cinematic Video Editing for Personal Project

I'm seeking a talented video editor based in India, preferably Kolkata(or from India), for a personal storytelling project. The final video should have a cinematic style and incorporate visual effects to bring the story alive. It is intended for YouTube and Instagram audiences.
I am planning to create 5 episodes story. Each episode will be of 3.5 mins. Audio will be mine. I can also provide the animated videos for each scenes. My story will be mainly based on mystery Genre. Please share the budget for the whole story(Having 4-5 episodes of 3.5 mins each).
I will keep making such stories for Insta and YouTube audiences.

Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in color grading, slow-motion effects, smooth transitions, and animated movements.
- Adding background music (BGM) and syncing it perfectly with the audio and visuals.
- Strong command over software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Ideal Candidate:
Should have prior experience with cinematic projects and a portfolio showcasing similar work. Creativity and attention to detail are essential!
