DEADLINE: The complete three-film project must be delivered by 19 October 2026. Applicants must be available to begin immediately and work to a clear production schedule.
I need a skilled AI filmmaker / visual artist to create three cinematic short films of approximately 5–7 minutes each using realistic AI-generated characters, 2.5D imagery and AI video.
The films combine cinematic still/2.5D sequences with selected fully animated dialogue scenes. Character consistency is critical: the same characters must retain their face, hairstyle, clothing, body proportions and overall appearance across multiple scenes and environments.
Some scenes require characters to speak naturally — for example, a character introducing herself, conversations between colleagues, and manager/employee interactions. I will provide the scripts/dialogue but no recorded audio. The freelancer will therefore need to generate appropriate, realistic character voices and produce convincing lip-sync, facial expression and body movement for those scenes.
The visual style should be mature, realistic and cinematic rather than cartoon-like or obviously AI-generated. Movement should generally be restrained and purposeful, with realistic camera movement, depth, parallax and environmental animation. AI morphing, changing faces, inconsistent clothing and unnatural movement must be avoided.
I want to begin with a paid 30–45 second test featuring one character, Sarah, based on five supplied reference images/scenes and dialogue. The test will assess character consistency, cinematic quality, voice generation, natural lip-sync, subtle movement, transitions and overall realism.
If the test is successful, I intend to commission the freelancer for the complete three-film project.
Please show your most relevant examples of consistent AI characters across multiple scenes, particularly work involving realistic dialogue, generated voices and lip-sync. Please also explain briefly which tools/workflow you would use.

In your proposal, briefly explain what you think is happening across these five images and what visual or narrative progression you see.
I am deliberately not explaining the sequence here. I want to see how you interpret visual storytelling and whether you notice the details and continuity between the images.
Then briefly explain how you would turn this sequence into a cinematic AI film while maintaining Sarah’s identity, clothing, environments and visual continuity.
Generic proposals that do not address the five images are unlikely to be considered.
The strongest applicants may then be invited to complete a paid 30–45 second test sequence before the full three-film commission is awarded.
