Staff Attendance & Daily Reporting System for Uzum Market Pickup Points (Telegram Bot / Google Sheets / Other Solution)
DESCRIPTION:
I manage a network of Uzum Market pickup points (PVZ) in Uzbekistan: several branches (MRK-1, KTB-2, SHRZ-5, CHRSH-1 and others), each with 1-3 employees. My current system is inefficient and I need a better one.
CURRENT SITUATION:
- When employees start work, they post a 2-line message in a Telegram group: the branch code and their name (e.g. "FrKTB-2 / Usmonova Feruza"). Telegram adds the date and time automatically.
- At the end of each month, I manually count how many days each employee worked.
- The entries are inconsistent: Cyrillic and Latin are mixed, branch codes are written in different ways, names are sometimes abbreviated, messages are sometimes forwarded from other groups, and some people post twice in one day.
- The daily work checklist (21 items) is filled in on paper, so useful data (cash collection amounts, electricity meter readings, supplies stock, problems) is never collected in one place.
WHAT I NEED:
1. Attendance: an employee checks in easily (via Telegram or a simple button). Who, which branch, and what time are recorded automatically in a spreadsheet.
2. Monthly report: days worked per employee, late arrivals (e.g. after 9:00), and shifts. A ready Excel/Google Sheets report at month end.
3. Digital checklist: the daily task list (cleaning, cash collection, electricity meter reading, supplies stock, returns, sending photos/videos, etc.) filled in from a phone.
4. Cash collection: the handed-over amount and banknote breakdown are entered, and monthly totals are calculated automatically.
5. SIM card tracking: for SIM cards installed in Wi-Fi routers and phones, track remaining GB, next payment date, and the balance shown in the mobile app. I should get a Telegram alert 3 days before a payment date or when data runs low.
6. Problem/fault log: an employee reports an issue and I get notified immediately.
7. Overview for me: who did not show up today, which branch missed which tasks, which SIM payment is coming up.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Employees are not tech-savvy, so it must be very simple (phone-based, 1-2 taps).
- Interface in Uzbek (Latin), and Russian if possible.
- I must be able to add or remove employees, branches, and SIM cards myself
