China Industrial Electronics Sourcing

I need an experienced, on-the-ground China-based sourcing agent to secure reliable industrial-grade electronics for my production line—specifically PCBs, electronic modules, and any closely related components that fall under the industrial electronics umbrella ( TPU injection molding manufacturers , gateway components, SS inserts ) . The process will start with samples for field testing in my country, followed by purchases that will gradually increase in volume.

Your role starts at supplier identification and finishes only once the goods are on a carrier, export-ready. I expect you to:

• Build a short-list of vetted factories or distributors able to meet industrial specifications and international certifications
• Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, payment terms, and sample availability
• Perform physical or third-party quality inspections on PCBs and modules before shipment
• Consolidate orders if multiple items are involved and arrange cost-effective logistics to my freight forwarder

To streamline communication, please be comfortable working with English documentation, provide photo/video evidence of factory visits when possible, and keep all quotes in RMB and USD. Experience around Shenzhen, Dongguan, or other electronics hubs is a plus, and fluency with platforms such as Alibaba, 1688, or made-to-order contract manufacturers will help you move quickly.

Acceptance criteria

1. Supplier report (Excel or Google Sheet) listing at least three verified sources per item, including contact info, quoted price, lead time, and certification status
2. Signed pro-forma invoice from selected supplier(s) reflecting the negotiated terms
3. Inspection report with photos/videos confirming quality before goods leave the factory
4. Tracking or booking confirmation from the chosen logistics provider
