Procurement Agent in China – Buy & Ship Laptop RAM + NVMe SSD to New Delhi, India

I need a reliable procurement agent BASED IN MAINLAND CHINA (Mandarin speaker, able to buy from Taobao, JD.com, 1688 or Shenzhen Huaqiangbei market) to source, verify, purchase and ship the following computer parts to me in New Delhi, India, at the lowest genuine price.

TARGET LAPTOP (parts must be compatible):
- ASUS TUF Gaming F17 FX706HCB (2021), BIOS FX706HCB.316
- CPU: Intel Core i5-11400H
- Memory: 2 x DDR4 SO-DIMM slots, currently 8GB Samsung (M471A1G44AB0-CWE) + 16GB Micron (8ATF2G64HZ-3G2F1), both DDR4-3200, 1.2V – both will be replaced by the new 2 x 32GB kit
- Storage: 2 x M.2 2280 NVMe slots – slot 1 used (SK Hynix 1TB PC601), slot 2 free for the new SSD

ITEMS REQUIRED

1. Laptop RAM – 2 sticks (64GB kit), identical, same batch
- 32GB per stick, DDR4 SO-DIMM, 260-pin
- 3200 MT/s (PC4-25600), JEDEC CL22, 1.2V
- Non-ECC, unbuffered, 2Rx8, 16Gbit chips
- Intel compatible (NOT "AMD only")
- Any brand OK (Samsung, Micron, SK Hynix, Kingbank, Asgard, Gloway, CXMT-based etc.), new chips only

2. NVMe SSD – 1 piece
- 2TB, M.2 2280, single-sided
- NVMe PCIe 3.0 or 4.0
- TLC NAND (NOT QLC), with DRAM cache or HMB
- New, sealed

YOUR SCOPE OF WORK

1. Sourcing – send me 2–3 options per item before buying.
NOTE: Chinese shopping sites (Taobao, JD, 1688) do not open in India, so please DO NOT send only links. For each option, send:
• Full-page screenshots of the listing (product title, price in CNY, specifications, seller/store name, seller rating, sales count)
• Brand, exact model / part number and capacity
• Seller's warranty / return policy
• Price breakdown in USD (item + shipping + duties if DDP)

2. Purchase – only after my written approval; invoice/receipt in my name (Mohammad Haris).

3. Verification BEFORE shipping (mandatory):
• RAM: CPU-Z SPD tab screenshot of the actual sticks, and a TestMem5 or MemTest86 pass (0 errors) on any Intel DDR4 laptop
• SSD: CrystalDiskInfo screenshot, and an H2testw full-capacity test confirming real 2TB (a USB M.2 NVMe enclosure is fine)
• Clear photos of the actual RAM sticks and SSD (front and back labels showing brand, part number and serial number) – the serial numbers must match the items shipped to me

4. Paperwork – commercial invoice (true value; HS codes: RAM 8473.30, SSD 8471.70) and packing list.

5. Shipping – DHL / FedEx / UPS with tracking to New Delhi 110025, India. Quote both DDP (duties paid) and DAP.

6. Packing – anti-static bags, original packaging where available, padded box.

PAYMENT (Freelancer.com milestones only – no off-platform payments)
- Milestone 1: item cost + shipping (+ duties if DDP) – funded in escrow when the project is awarded, released after you share purchase receipts, verification screenshots/photos and the tracking number
- Milestone 2: your service fee – released after delivery and successful testing in my laptop

Bids without a clear fee and cost estimate will not be considered.

NOTE: The project budget is for YOUR SERVICE FEE ONLY. Item cost (RAM + SSD) and shipping/duties will be paid separately through Milestone 1 after we agree the quote. Expected service fee: USD 40–80.
